Product Review & Swatches | Sleek Face Form in Fair

Hello guys! Today I am going to review the Sleek Face Form in Fair.

In this handy little kit, you'd find contour powder, highlighter and their ever-so-famous blush in Rose Gold. I was going to purchase this product in Light initially, but that shade was sold out on the website I ordered from. I decided I could easily build up the colours if the powders aren't pigmented enough for my skin tone (NC20).

Product Description: With multi-tasking elements such as contour powder, highlighter and/or blusher or bronzer, Face Form is the ultimate face definition kit in one neat compact designed to suit all skin tones.Face Form in Fair is ideal for fair skin tones. Use in conjunction with Crème To Powder foundation for a flawless finish. Combinations, ranging from light to dark.

Please note: Face Form in Fair and Light come with contour powder, highlighter and blush. Face Form in Medium and Dark come available with contour powder, highlighter and a bronzer.

Contour: In one of my previous posts in which I reviewed the NYX Matte Bronzer, I'd mentioned that I was using another product that offers a better contour shade. This is the one I was referring to! You can tell from the photos above that this is appropriate for contour because the colour is more of a true neutral brown. The NYX Matte Bronzer is too reddish to contour with. The contour powder is pretty good in pigmentation on my skin. It applies smoothly and contours naturally because it's matte.

Highlighter: I was kind of disappointed in the highlighter because it looks a bit chalky on my skin when applied. The colour, on the other hand, is so pretty and gives a very natural glow to the face.

Blush: This is the blush that everyone claims is a dupe for the best selling Nars Blush in Orgasm. Rose Gold is a light baby pink shade that has gold shimmers. It is such a beautiful blush. The pink shows up decently on my cheeks. It gives a very subtle shimmery highlight to them. Sometimes, I layer this lightly over another blush and it's very flattering when used that way.

If I had to nitpick just one flaw, it would have to be the fact that all three powders are of the same size. Why do I say that? Well technically, you wouldn't use as much highlighter as compared to the other two. If you hit pan on either the blush or contour first, are you going to repurchase the whole kit again? I know the blush retails separately, but I'm not too sure about the contour. Of course, this is just very minor and can easily be overlooked.

Overall, I actually really like this. At only $19.50 SGD, you get three products. It's such a steal! The quality of this is impressive, considering the price you pay for them. None of the powders had fall outs when in use. The concept of a 3-in-1 kit is also very travel friendly!
